Here is my first easy, fast and tasty recipe:
- plain chicken breast, without skin or fat.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- one tea spoon of olive oil
Preheat a pan, add a spoon of oil, then the garlic, the chicken breast chopped in cubes, the mushroom sliced in small pieces, the fresh spinach, add a little bit of lemon juice and all the condiments, cook it in a low temperature, and voilà bon appètit!!!
You can eat the quantity you want, but remember with proportion!! Eat for feed yourself not over stuff yourself with food!! You will feel much much more light and happy 😀
